Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via First Class USPS.  Since all of our products are handmade, most orders ship 5-7 business days after time of purchase.  Custom orders can sometimes take a bit longer.  Please message us with any questions regarding custom orders.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct.  If your shipping address is not correct and your item is returned to me, you are responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item reshipped.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or mis-delivered packages.  Please contact USPS for lost packages. Once it ships , it's out of our hands. If you are worried about lost or damaged packages, please upgrade shipping to Priority mail. This will include insurance.
